大连·蓝水晶国际广场的规划设计是由两个问题开始的，第一，我们为什么对城市开放空间这样着迷，第二，我们的建设会对金普新区乃至整个大连的未来带来怎样的影响。

The planning and design of the blue crystal plaza began with two questions. First, why are we so fascinated by the open space of the city? Second, how will our construction affect the future of jinpu new area and even the whole dalian?

城市开放空间CITY OPENSPACE

基地现有的城市空间存在断层，北侧为大尺度的交通与公共场地，南侧为高密度小尺度街区， 需在其间平衡不同尺度间的矛盾，从而形成新的城市开放空间与商业街区，为市民提供缺失的城市机能。

The existing urban space of the base has faults, with large-scale traffic and public places on the north side and high-density small-scale blocks on the south side. It is necessary to balance the contradictions between different scales, so as to form new urban open space and commercial blocks and provide citizens with missing urban functions.

从城市规划角度出发，引入“中国传统书画艺术的折韵”。通过活跃建筑底部的边界，从而延长商业动线，孕育出公共交流空间及口袋公园，丰富了基地与城市的空间关系，并传达出传统文化与建筑艺术之间的紧密联系。

Introducing "Chinese traditional culture" from the perspective of urban planning. By activating the boundary at the bottom of the building, the commercial circulation line is extended, the public communication space and pocket park are conceived, the spatial relationship between the base and the city is enriched, and the close connection between traditional culture and architectural art is conveyed.

渗透 连通器 CITY HUB

规划打破传统设计对街道的阻隔，而是作为城市视觉连通器，承接金马路的干道资源，将被隔离的街区重新链接。建立起一个共享的开放场所。促进创新、文化、金融产业聚集，从而吸引更为优秀的人才与投资，带动周边发展。

The plan breaks the barrier of the traditional design to the street, but serves as the visual communication device of the city, accepts the main road resources of the Jin Ma road, and relinks the isolated of blocks.  Establish a Shared and open place, promote the gathering of innovative, cultural and financial industries, so as to attract more outstanding talents and investment, and drive the development of surrounding areas.

大连蓝水晶国际广场分为三个层次。

Dalian blue crystal plaza is divided into three levels.

上部聚集着涉外酒店，智能型公寓，信息化5A办公。

The upper part is a collection of foreign-related hotels, intelligent apartments, information 5A office

底部是开放商业和城市广场，艺术展厅，健身中心，露天水幕电影应有尽有，是购物、休闲、娱乐的集中场所。

At the bottom is open commercial and city square, art exhibition hall, fitness center, outdoor water screen film everything, shopping, leisure, entertainment is the focus of the place.

夹于其中的线性生态公园加强了建筑与商业广场的联系，是旅游休闲、文化展示的共同舞台。

The linear ecological park sandwiched in the middle of the building strengthens the connection between the building and the commercial square, and is a common stage for tourism, leisure and cultural display.

城市雕塑sclup  

蓝水晶国际不仅是一个功能完善的建筑，更是一个优美的城市雕塑。

三栋板式建筑经过形体切削，各自均拥有良好的采光及视觉通廊，顶层的一系列共享温室，将绿色延伸到屋顶，为大连的城市天际线描绘了崭新的一笔。而底部不同高度的架空，使生态公园获得良好的连通性，与周边环境展开对话。向每一位到来的访客展示金普新区的形象，进一步推动区域发展。

Blue crystal plaza is not only a functional building, but also a beautiful city sculpture.

After shape cutting, the three slab buildings all have good lighting and vision. And a series of Shared greenhouses on the top floor extend green to the roof, paint a new picture of dalian's urban skyline.  The different heights at the bottom make the ecological park have good connectivity and dialogue with the surrounding environment. Show the image of jinpu new district to every visitor to further promote regional development.

我们的规划不是要炫耀几个地标，而是想有一个地方，里面各种功能，各式文化，各类活动都可以在同一时空发生。从而凝聚一种能量，鼓励探索，鼓励创造。
